I'm Carmen -  mental health coach, clinical psychologist and NARM® Master Therapist in private practice.

I specialize in working with adults who have a history of attachment, relational, and developmental and complex trauma (C-PTSD), primarily utilizing the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). I am also trained in Somatic Experiencing®, NARM Touch, various forms of yoga and I’m currently undergoing long-term training programs in integrative trauma psychotherapy and systemic family constellations.

Since 2022, I’m serving as a NARM Training Assistant for the US-based NARM Therapist trainings and I’m continuing my NARM learning journey in the on-going Level 4 NARM Post-Masters training, under the mentorship and guidance of dr. Laurence Heller, the creator of NARM.

Having established myself as a Romanian in the Netherlands 7 years ago, and working with clients from diverse parts of the world, I am sensitive to cultural differences, cognizant of the legacy of systemic and cultural trauma, and well-acquainted with the challenges that expats often face as they settle in their adoptive countries. 

I welcome clients from all cultures and backgrounds, including those who may have diverse religious/spiritual beliefs, sexual orientations, and cultural identities.
