I'm Carmen - mental health coach, clinical psychologist, and NARM® Master Therapist in private practice.

I specialize in working with adults who have a history of attachment, relational, and developmental trauma, primarily using the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM). I am also trained in Somatic Experiencing®, NARM Touch, and various forms of yoga. Currently, I am undergoing long-term training in integrative trauma psychotherapy and systemic family constellations.

Since 2022, I have been an ongoing student in the Level 4 NARM Post-Masters Training and also serve as a training assistant for the NARM Therapist trainings. I strongly believe that we can only accompany others on paths we have explored ourselves, and I am grateful to be a NARM therapy client as well. I also receive regular clinical support through active coaching and consultations with my NARM teachers and mentors.

Having established myself as a Romanian in the Netherlands several years ago, and working with clients from diverse parts of the world, I am sensitive to cultural differences, and well-acquainted with the challenges that expats often face as they settle in new countries.

I welcome clients from all cultures and backgrounds, including those with diverse religious, spiritual beliefs, and sexual orientations.
